FOUNDER LICENSE PURCHASES

Refund Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

Founder licenses are one-time software-license purchases

The PowerDial Founder offer is not a subscription trial. It is a one-time purchase of a Founder software license for the included Founder seat.

1. No 30-day free trial

PowerDial does not include a 30-day free trial with the Founder license. Access is purchased at checkout.

2. Refund requests

If you believe a payment was made in error, was duplicated, was unauthorized, or the purchased Founder license was not provisioned as represented, contact PowerDial support promptly so the transaction can be reviewed.

3. Activated Founder licenses

Once a Founder license has been successfully provisioned and the purchaser has received access to the PowerDial workspace, refund requests may be limited or denied except where required by applicable law or where PowerDial determines that a billing or provisioning error occurred.

4. Duplicate or incorrect charges

Verified duplicate charges, incorrect quantities, or other billing errors will be reviewed and corrected when confirmed.

5. Telecom and usage charges

Telecom, phone numbers, SMS, AI, Google/API usage, additional seats, premium integrations, and other usage-based or third-party charges are separate from the Founder software license. Refunds for those charges may depend on whether the underlying service was already consumed or paid to a third-party provider.

6. Chargebacks and payment disputes

Customers should contact PowerDial support before initiating a chargeback so billing or provisioning issues can be investigated directly. Fraudulent or abusive payment disputes may result in suspension of the related PowerDial account.

7. Legal rights

Nothing in this policy eliminates refund, cancellation, or consumer rights that cannot legally be waived in the purchaser's jurisdiction.

8. How to request review

Refund or billing-review requests should be submitted through PowerDial support using the contact information available inside the application or on the official PowerDial website. Include the purchaser email, company name, transaction date, and a description of the issue.
