POWERDIAL DATA PRACTICES

Privacy Policy

Effective September 5, 2026

1. Information we collect

PowerDial may collect account information such as your name, email, company name, role, login credentials, billing-related identifiers, and workspace settings.

The platform may also store business-contact records, campaign data, call activity, dispositions, notes, callbacks, appointments, reporting data, phone configuration, and other information entered or generated through your use of the service.

2. How we use information

We use information to operate PowerDial, authenticate users, provision workspaces, provide dialing and sales-workflow features, process payments, support customers, improve reliability, prevent abuse, and maintain platform security.

3. Customer contact data

Business contacts and lead data placed into PowerDial remain under the responsibility of the customer that imports, creates, or uses those records.

Customers are responsible for having the legal right to collect, store, contact, and use the people and businesses in their PowerDial workspace.

4. Call and activity records

PowerDial may store call metadata and sales-workflow records such as destination numbers, timestamps, durations, call states, dispositions, campaign associations, callbacks, appointments, and user activity.

PowerDial should not be treated as a substitute for any legally required call-recording disclosure, consent process, retention rule, or telecommunications compliance procedure.

5. Third-party services

PowerDial relies on third-party providers for portions of the service, which may include telecommunications, hosting, database, authentication, payment processing, email, analytics, AI, and API services.

Information may be processed by those providers as necessary to deliver the applicable service.

6. Payment information

Payment transactions may be processed by a third-party payment provider. PowerDial may receive transaction identifiers, payment status, customer identifiers, and related billing metadata, but should not be used as the storage location for full payment-card details.

7. How information is shared

PowerDial may share information with service providers when needed to operate the platform, comply with law, protect users or the service, investigate fraud or abuse, or complete a business transaction involving the service.

PowerDial does not grant advertisers access to private customer workspaces merely because a customer uses the platform.

8. Data security

PowerDial uses reasonable technical and operational safeguards intended to protect customer information. No online service can guarantee absolute security.

Customers are responsible for protecting their own passwords, devices, browser sessions, team-member access, and account permissions.

9. Data retention

Information may be retained for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the service, satisfy contractual obligations, maintain business records, resolve disputes, prevent abuse, and comply with applicable law.

10. Access and deletion requests

Account owners may contact PowerDial support regarding access, correction, export, or deletion requests for account information, subject to legal, security, billing, and operational retention requirements.

11. Cookies and local storage

PowerDial may use cookies, browser storage, session storage, or similar technologies for authentication, security, preferences, session continuity, and application functionality.

12. Children

PowerDial is a business software platform and is not intended for use by children.

13. Policy changes

This Privacy Policy may be updated as PowerDial, its infrastructure, legal requirements, or data practices change. Material updates may be reflected by revising the effective date or providing notice through the service.

14. Contact

Privacy questions or requests should be directed through PowerDial support using the contact information provided inside the application or on the official PowerDial website.
